An experienced civil litigation lawyer, Mark is particularly skilled at handling personal injury claims. He is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and is accredited by the organisation as a Senior Litigator. Mark handles all types of civil litigation matters including, commercial, landlord and tenant as well as employment issues.  On commercial matters he handles debt collection work along with his assistant Samantha Calvert. Mark advises both employers and employees on employment law matters.
