All of us, young or old, should consider a time in the future when we might not be able to make our own decisions.

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) allows you to appoint someone you trust to make decisions on your behalf and in your best interests, should you be unable to do so yourself. The LPA process is a lengthy one. We can guide you through the process as a whole, including registration and assessment of capacity.

You may also know someone who cannot make his or her own decisions already. You can do something to help, by applying to become a Deputy. Again, we can ensure that this lengthy application proceeds as smoothly as possible by guiding you through the whole process.
