New Mediation Service

Johnson & Gaunt are pleased to announce that we now offer mediation for family matters.

When a relationship comes to an end it is an extremely emotional and stressful time in your life and can often be difficult to resolve such things as the practicalities of arrangements for childcare and how to divide financial assets. In such circumstances it is widely accepted that the best approach is to try to agree matters between yourselves and to avoid Court wherever possible.

Mediation provides you with a forum in which you can openly talk about and discuss issues that matter to you and provides a confidential environment in which you will be listened to. The mediator’s role is to remain impartial and to assist in those discussions with a view to helping you both reach an agreement. The mediator also prepares a Memorandum of Understanding, which is a document recording your agreement at the conclusion of mediation.

Ease the stress of your current situation by contacting our mediator Gemma Davison to find out more on 01295 759410 or
