Aiden Codd

Aiden is a specialist in family law and joined Johnson and Gaunt in November 2009 having qualified in September 2009. Aiden's main areas of practice include:
- Domestic violence cases
- Children cases involving disputes over contact and residence
- Care proceedings
- Cases involving removing a child from the UK
- International child abduction
- Adoption
- Special Guardianship
- Human Rights casesinvolving Article 6 (right to a fair trial) & Article 8 (right to respect of private and family life)
Aiden regularly acts for parents, grandparents, as agent for local authorities and in cases involving the Official Solicitor. Aiden's main area of practice is care proceedings in the County and High Court. Aiden also conducts his own advocacy. Aiden has a particular interest in working with clients with learning difficulties and mental health issues.
Aiden has the ambition of becoming a member of the law society children panel.
