Sally is a specialist in Civil Litigation and Personal Injury and joined Johnson & Gaunt in January 2009 having qualified in October 1981. Sally’s main area of practise is personal injury and she is accredited as a senior litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Sally handles all types of personal injury cases including complex claims under no win no fee agreements and also offers a free 30 minute consultation in respect of these matters.

Sally also deals with all forms of civil dispute including boundary disputes, consumer disputes and landlord and tenant claims, advising both landlord and tenants.

Sally also deals with employment law, again advising both business with current regulations and drafting contract as well as assisting employees on compromise agreements and severance terms.
